COVID-19 Update

Dear valued customers,

As communities continue to adapt to the challenges created by coronavirus (COVID-19), we are committed to doing everything we can to support you - the people and care givers we serve.

We are focusing on ensuring the health and well-being of our employees and their families; they are crucial to providing the services and products you rely on. We are taking many different steps to keep them safe. This has included implementing measures on temperature testing, hygiene best practices, social distancing and product handling procedures across our sites around the world.

We are also taking every opportunity to reinforce our supply chain, so we can continue providing you with a safe and steady supply of products and services. We are collaborating across our global operations teams and liaising closely with our partners, including logistics and freight providers. These efforts are helping us to continue making and moving our products around the world.

On behalf of my colleagues worldwide, I would like to assure you that we are committed to rising to the challenge and sustaining our focus on serving you. We feel a deep sense of responsibility to you and will continue to work tirelessly to provide you with the products and services you need. We will keep communicating with you directly and will post updates on this website.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please raise them with your local ConvaTec representative.

Chief Executive Officer, ConvaTec
